Founder Charlie R. Johnson started the firm in 1976. Since then, Mr. Johnson has served on the Sevierville City Council for 16 year including 8 years as Mayor. Mr. Johnson has practiced in all areas of law but now concentrates primarily on real estate law. In 1993, he expanded the scope of the firm with new partner Jeffrey R. Murrell, who focuses on personal injury, wrongful death, and business and commercial law.
