Terra Fleming, a native of Southwest Virginia, graduated magna cum laude from the University of Virginia’s College at Wise. Upon earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in English, she enrolled at the Appalachian School of Law and earned her Doctorate of Jurisprudence (J.D.) in 2006. Terra joined the Real Estate Department of Johnson, Murrell & Associates in 2018.
Prior to joining Johnson, Murrell & Associates, Terra worked as a Title Abstractor as well as Assistant Public Defender in Sullivan County, Tennessee. She was also employed as Corporate Legal Counsel for a financial institution where she handled real estate matters, bankruptcy proceedings, collections, employment law, federal regulatory matters and other civil matters.
Terra is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and a member of the Leadership Sevier Class of 2020.
